If, due to any circumstances, the organization is unable to fulfill its obligations within one year, a refund of the donated funds may be issued. This refund will be subject to the deduction of direct expenses incurred by the organization, which shall not exceed 50% of the donated amount. Use of Donations: Donor funds will be used to donate or purchase food and water for those in need. The cost of the food and water includes the items themselves, plus delivery and all associated expenses. Refund Policy: Erroneous Donations: If a donation was made in error, it is considered non-erroneous unless the donor notifies the organization within seven calendar days of the donation date. Conditions for Refund: Donors may request a refund under the following circumstances: The donation was made in error and reported within seven calendar days. The organization is unable to fulfill its obligations within one year of the donation date. Proof of Expenditure: Donors can request a photo report showing how their donation was purposefully spent. The organization reserves the right to provide this report within one year of the donation. Substitution of Aid: In cases where a donor paid explicitly for food or water, the organization reserves the right to substitute the specified product with another product of equivalent value, as circumstances require. Communication and Updates: The organization will endeavor to promptly communicate any significant delays or changes in aid delivery through the provided contact information or via updates on the organization's website.
